The report was originally published in color on 17x11 inch paper. For best resolution, a high quality color printer capable of printing on 17x11 inch paper is necessary. Alternately, a useable copy of the report may be downloaded and printed using a black and white printer on 8.5x11 inch paper. If the Adobe Acrobat Reader print option "Shrink to Fit" is selected, the pdf version of the files will automatically be scaled to the size of the printer paper if it is less than 17x11 inches.
Once downloaded, files in compressed Postscript format can be uncompressed to recover the postscript file by programs compatible with the Lempel-Ziv compression algorithm such as gzip. Gzip is available from the Free Software Foundation's Project GNU, is available for several different computer operating systems, and can be downloaded from several sites on the Internet. (The gzip command to uncompress the files is 'gzip -d -c prefix.z > prefix.ps', where prefix is the part of the file name before the period.) Note that some of these files are large and may require considerable time to download.
